  Found our BrightLife broker Mark via a link from MoneySavingExpert. From the first contact to successful completion of my daughter’s first home purchase he was friendly, courteous, responsive to all our enquiries and hugely supportive through a process that became very stressful as the stamp duty increase loomed.   From start to finish, Mark provided us with outstanding service. In obtaining an Equity Release Mortgage,  he had a wealth of knowledge and expertise.  Mark assisted us throughout the whole process. Calls were answered very promptly.  There were regular conversations to update us on progress.
